Prepare Your Parcel
Carefully place the unused item in its original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include a copy of your original packing slip inside the package.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
